Fred has spent over 20 years working at the intersection of real estate investment, finance, and advisory — as sponsor, investor, and advisor. Before founding Crosberry, he held leadership roles at PwC, Dell, and Charles Schwab. He is a Texas licensed CPA and holds BBA and MBA degrees in finance and accounting from The University of Texas at Austin—McCombs School of Business.

His approach is steady, analytical, and rooted in deep experience. He believes that successful real estate investing is built on structure, patience, and disciplined execution.
