For each commercial real estate investment property, we create a new partnership with Crosberry as general partner and other investors as limited partners, aligning capital on a deal-by-deal basis. Crosberry’s project includes an 11,066-square-foot multi-tenant retail center and an 11,600-square-foot single-tenant medical practice. The buildings feature single-story steel frame designs with high-roof end-cap tower elements. Other attributes include prime visibility along Highway 183A, with direct cross-access to the future St. David’s Hospital site and dual access from US Highway 183 and 183A Toll Road, positioned between the primary on- and off-ramps.
